We finally got around to take the time to thank both of you for the way you handled our business of listing and selling both of our homes. First of all, we hope you show your many future clients this letter. I want them to fully understand that even in this day and age of everyone out for their own interest, there is still a small minority of people that have the qualities, such as professionalism, integrity, HONESTY, trustworthiness, and best of all, what we have always referred to as down-home common sense.
From the beginning, you knew that we had been represented previously by an unscrupulous realtor, who wanted nothing more than to fill her pocket and never had our interests at heart. You entered our house and sensed our apprehension of having to deal with outsiders and give them our most trusted possession to place on the market, at a fair price, a competitive
price, and not giving us a feeling that you wouldn't put forth your best efforts, in our best interest.
The rest you know is history and I hope you include all the craziness we both went through in the 2nd transaction. Both Blanca and I never waivered in our faith in you and your judgements. Thanks to you, our dreams came true, even quicker than we thought. Let us go on record to say how fortunate your future clients will be in having you and Nancy representing them. I guess the only way to end this letter is to say that we started out as business partners, but in the end we became friends. Thank you for all you have done.
